Michael has been in the IT industry for over 15 years. He uses his Net+ and A+ Certifications for his main role as a Helpdesk Technician. He also has specific experience and skills with hardware and troubleshooting.

Before Cyberian Technologies, Michael was at Lantech of America for 5 years building servers and providing as a Field Technician. He also served at Fiserv for 7 years as an IT Technician, working specifically with the company's production work, and 2 years at Innovative Integration, Inc. as a Tier 1 Engineer.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys bowling, riding his motorcycle, playing pool, and spending time with his grandson, Michael III.
