Michael performs as one of our helpdesk technicians. His expertise and background come from troubleshooting and repair, wireless network implementation and virtual machine creation and administration. His primary responsibility is dissembling, troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with various machines. He’s also responsible for setting up new machines for our clients and making sure appropriate programs and software are installed and ready for deployment.

Michael is currently finishing up his degree at Ball State University with a major in Computer Technology. He was previously associated with the Indiana Senate Republicans as an Information Technology intern where he assisted Senators and the Senate staff refreshing old machines for future use and troubleshooting any problems they may encounter on a day-to-day basis.

Outside of work, you can find Michael on the golf course, taking walks, playing video games, or tinkering with projects at home. He also enjoys simply spending time with his fiancé and traveling to places they have never been before.
