Rick has received his Bachelors of Science in Computer and Information Technology from Purdue University. His expertise is within networking. Rick's role is to provide support as a tier 2 helpdesk technician. Tickets are escalated to him, if the front-line technicians need extra support. These are typically networking related. Rick also represents as an on-site technician, when the need arises.
Outside of work, Rick enjoys reading, watching movies, playing video games, and working out.
