Grant has received his Bachelors of Science from Purdue University with a major in Business Management. His day-to-day responsibility is to oversee the operations of the Technical Assistance Center with a focus on excellent client support through the development of our existing technical team and the recruitment of additional technical resources. He works closely with our CRM to schedule our project engineers for on-site work and managing on-going implementation and upgrade projects, as well as providing face-to-face training during new client on-boarding process and engaging in quality assurance discussion during client reviews. He also provides as the Technical manager of the primary Remote Support and Ticketing applications along with client setup and agreement financial management.

Grant had previously worked with and managed a team of technical representatives at a local Indianapolis audio/ web conferencing company. He led and developed a full-service video production unit to produce live streaming productions in various cities.

Outside of work, Grant enjoys spending time with his wife and young kids, listening to and playing music, watching sporting events, working out, and learning and using new technologies.
