Due to expansion, we are currently seeking a Helpdesk Dispatcher. This person will be responsible for answering customer calls and emails, preparing and monitoring service tickets, and helping to organize the schedules of our IT Support Engineers. The Dispatch candidate should possess the following qualities:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Good organizational skills
  • Learning mentality
  • Technical knowledge is desirable
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and truly enjoy helping customers.

The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of multi-tasking and using ticketing systems to help manage the customer experience. The Dispatcher is the person behind the curtain, flipping levers and pushing buttons to keep our customers happy and our technicians busy. The candidate should enjoy delegating and balancing workload amongst our technical team and enjoy working with a diverse base of small business clients and technologies ranging from RMM tools, back-up services, anti-virus consoles, firewalls, switches, servers, laptops and third party vendors such as ISP’s and Microsoft.
